Third-Party Integrations (Stripe)

We use your name and email to manage authentication, billing, account support, and essential communications.
Payment details are handled primarily by Stripe; we retain only minimal data needed to link your account to a subscription.

Storage & Retention

Personal data are retained only while your account is active. After cancellation or deletion, we endeavor to remove your data as soon as possible.
Logs and backups containing personal data may persist briefly until fully purged.

Encryption & Security

Because the platform provides client-side encryption, we cannot decrypt the data you upload (except minimal operational metadata).
In plaintext, we typically see only information required for login, authentication, or subscription maintenance.
We employ industry-standard measures—SSL/TLS in transit, hashing, restricted access controls—to safeguard your information.

4. Third Parties & Sharing

Service Providers

Apart from Stripe, we currently do not use external analytics, hosting, or marketing vendors that process user data in a way that shares personal data for unrelated purposes.

Legal Requirements

We do not intend to disclose user data to third parties unless legally compelled (e.g., by lawful request of law enforcement). Where permitted by law, we will notify you before disclosure.

International Data Transfers

We do not explicitly transfer personal data outside Switzerland or the EEA unless our infrastructure—or Stripe’s—incidentally does so. If such transfers occur, we use safeguards aligned with applicable regulations.

Data Access & Deletion

Request a copy of the personal data we hold by emailing mark@0am.ch from the verified email associated with your account.
You may also request data deletion; deletion does not automatically entitle you to a refund under your subscription terms.

Rectification & Portability

Update or correct account information through your user settings (where available).
Request a portable copy of your data (e.g., CSV export) by contacting mark@0am.ch; we will evaluate on a case-by-case basis.

Opt-Out / Unsubscribe

If we send marketing or promotional emails, you will have the option to unsubscribe. Transactional or account-related emails may still be sent if essential.
